I do not think Margaret was right for breaking the casserole dish and the two green cups. I understand why she did it but i do not think she should have done it. She could have just let it go because back then colored people were punished for anything they did wrong. So i can not imagine what they did to her since they did not tell us at the end of the story.... She did not understand that Mrs. Cullinan went through everything she went though as a young child. Being called different names and having to do everything. Mrs. Cullinan was holding in everything from when she was a young child and she had finally let it out. Then again i do think Miss. Glory deserved it because what young kid likes being yelled at and having to do everything. I know i dont but, Miss.Glory had it coming. Then they left the window open so all there neighbors could hear Mrs. Cullinan yelling and freaking out at Miss. Glory. That also makes Miss. Glory look dumb because she has a colored women yelling at her and she is doing nothing. This also makes her look unofficial and not a boss like she should be. I made a great challenge that I took advantage was going to college. I wasn't sure in high school if I wanted to go or not but it was an option to choose like have a great job in the higher range or a low-class job without a career. In high school, all my teachers and counselor said I wasn't ready for college because i wasn't really smart enough to figure out what major I wanted to do at first. Also, they thought my iep papers wouldn't be accepted to any class cause how low my score was. I achieve myself to do better on my score to make a bigger process in life. In the mid-future, i might go back to high school and show them I did it and got my bachelor degree with an internship certificate for my major I pick in college. I'm so happy I made goals and a plan to make my classes go faster and also following directions to write down important notes that will be shown in the next class. I improved my writing skills by taking up English comp 100, it showed me a lot of tips and help how to make it sounds better in a paragraph. I hope one day I can achieve my goals and dreams and finish up college just to say I did. Also to be proud of myself what I did in my years of college. There are many more challenges that I would be seeking in the near future.

The assignment for my English Composition 1 class was to read and choose three quotes from the following articles: Teach Writing as a Process Not a Product (Don Murray), The Daily Writing Routines of Great Writers (Maria Popova), and Bird by Bird: Some Instructions on Writing and Life (Ann Lamott). "My passions drive me to the typewriter every day of my life, and they have driven me there since I was twelve. So I never have to worry about schedules. Some new thing is always exploding in me, and it schedules me, I don’t schedule it. It says: Get to the typewriter right now and finish this." -Ray Bradbury.
"I’m always in a hurry to get going, though in general I dislike starting the day. I first have tea and then, at about ten o’clock, I get under way and work until one. Then I see my friends and after that, at five o’clock, I go back to work and continue until nine. I have no difficulty in picking up the thread in the afternoon. When you leave, I’ll read the paper or perhaps go shopping. Most often it’s a pleasure to work" -simone-de-beauvoir "In an unmoored life like mine, sleep and hunger and work arrange themselves to suit themselves, without consulting me." Kurt Vonnegut. Bird by bird quotes written by Anne Lamott "It's not like you have a choice, because you do. You can either type or kill yourself. " "It's just a piece of chicken, it's just a slice of cake." "We're still pretty far apart. I'm looking for a six figure advance and they are refusing to read the manuscript." "I think that it is going to be really great. I think it's really good work. But I also think there are a few problems." "One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain." -Bob Marley "Where words fail, music speaks." -Hans Christian Andersen.
